Registration
Deadline
At least one co-author of each accepted paper must register by June 15, 2013. If by that date no author of an accepted conference paper has registered, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings. This deadline does not apply to workshop papers.
Fees
The conference and workshop registration fees are as follows. All amounts are in Euros.

The fee for the conference includes access to all conference sessions, lunch and coffee breaks on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, the welcome reception on Tuesday, one of the excursions on Wednesday, the conference banquet on Thursday, and one printed copy of the Springer LNCS conference proceedings.
The fee for workshops and tutorials includes access to all workshop and tutorial sessions, lunch and coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday, the welcome reception on Tuesday, and one electronic volume of the Springer LNCS workshops proceedings to be provided after the conference.
The fee for the accompanying person includes the welcome reception on Tuesday, one of the excursions on Wednesday, and the conference banquet on Thursday.
Invitation letter
If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please send an email to europar2013@grs-sim.de. Please note that such a letter can only be issued after your registration has been completed and your payment has been received. When sending your request, please specify your full name, your full address, and the way you want the letter to be transmitted (e.g., regular mail, email, or fax).
